Update documentation for webhook architecture #56

目的

Webhook ベースへのアーキテクチャ変更を README、installation guide、requirements に反映する。

前提

• Add webhook endpoint with signature verification and IP allowlist #52 Refactor embedding pipeline for webhook reuse #53 Implement webhook event handlers for issues, releases, and docs #54 で webhook 実装が完了
• README のアーキテクチャ図に Cron Poller のみ記載 → Webhook Receiver を追加
• installation.md に GitHub Webhook 設定手順の追加が必要
• 0-requirements.md のデータ更新方式の記述を更新

制約

• 既存の正確な記述は維持
• Poller が fallback として残る場合はその旨も記載

対象ファイル

• README.md — アーキテクチャ図、概要説明、Repository Structure
• docs/installation.md — Webhook 設定手順追加（secret 設定、GitHub repo の webhook 登録）
• docs/0-requirements.md — データ更新方式の記述更新
