We are two engineers building production quality web applications from Bluffton, SC.
We came into software the long way. Between us we have navigated inventory platforms, state regulated compliance environments, and fast paced operational workflows where data integrity is not optional. That background shapes how we write code. We are disciplined, communicative, and always asking whether the system we are building will actually hold up under real conditions.
We are avid readers and writers. We love abstraction. That combination shows up in everything we build. In the questions we ask before writing a single line. In how we think through a schema before touching a database. In how we document our work so someone else can understand and maintain it. The standard underneath all of it is always the same. Will this actually hold up under real conditions?
We are newer to this field and we know it. What we bring is genuine curiosity, the discipline to work through hard problems, and a real appetite for feedback and growth. Every project here represents something we did not know how to do before we started it.
Our work begins with a problem or an inspirational idea for a use case. The code comes second.
TaskFlow Pro We built this as a full product concept because we wanted to understand what real SaaS business logic actually looks like in practice. Freemium limits are enforced server side so they cannot be bypassed from the client. Stripe webhook handling uses signature verification the way Stripe requires it, which meant learning why the raw request body has to reach the webhook handler before Express processes it. A daily focus algorithm surfaces the three tasks that matter most right now, not just the most recently added ones. We built every piece of this asking whether it would hold up under real conditions.
Buzz Intelligence The global bee economy generates $577B in agricultural value annually and no serious data platform existed for it. We built one as a full product concept. A live Three.js globe with geo positioned colony nodes, an ROI calculator that makes the economic case immediately visible, and six enterprise verticals with tailored value propositions. This was our first time working with Three.js and we pushed it further than we expected.
Shopify Liquid Components We built these as production ready components to understand how Liquid actually works inside a live Shopify 2.0 theme architecture. Every piece is configurable through the theme editor with no code changes required after install. Working through schema integration, section scoping, and snippet composition with real merchant use cases in mind sharpened how we think about building for people who will never touch the code.
We use AI tools daily as part of our development workflow, primarily Claude Code and ChatGPT. We leverage them to debug issues, explain unfamiliar code, generate implementation ideas, review architecture decisions, and accelerate learning when working with new technologies.
Claude Code has been especially valuable for helping us build and iterate on web applications, Shopify Liquid projects, and JavaScript based tools. We treat AI as a development partner that helps us move faster while still validating solutions through testing, documentation, and hands on implementation.
Junior developer and software engineering roles where we can contribute from day one, grow fast, and work alongside people who take this work, the communication, and the craft itself seriously. We are passionate about this work. We are new to this field and willing to put in everything it takes to earn our place in it and keep getting better. We are open to being challenged. We want to learn from the best engineers and any engineers who are further along than we are as well.
