问题

账户登录列表此前无法查看订阅余量；将额度明细直接展开又会撑高服务行，破坏列表密度。

修改

• 在退出登录按钮左侧添加同尺寸圆环。单额度整环、双额度各半环，用不同颜色表示各自剩余比例；悬停或聚焦查看具体余量及相对重置时间，点击刷新。
• 接通 Core → Electron main → IPC/preload → renderer。首批支持主动登录的 OpenAI Codex（legacy）和 github.com Copilot，不为 API Key、ambient、导入或不支持的来源查询或显示占位。
• 持久化主动登录连接身份；正常 token 刷新保留身份，退出/重登使旧请求与缓存失效，并立即通知所有窗口撤下旧资格。加入缓存、冷却、限流、超时和响应体限制。
• 同步中英文文案、用户文档及相关回归教训。

验证

• Core 定向测试：47/47。
• Desktop 定向测试：284/284，包含真实 Tooltip 悬停/键盘聚焦、单/双环比例、旧身份、凭证通知与 IPC。
• Core/Desktop typecheck、改动文件 lint/格式、renderer build、git diff --check 通过。
• 无真实订阅接口请求、GUI 或像素布局验证。维护者要求直接提交 PR，本次未附 before/after 截图。

已知边界

新版 OpenAI ChatGPT 订阅登录、Kimi OAuth 与 Copilot Enterprise 不在首批适配范围。旧连接需重新登录一次；401/403 保留凭证并提示认证问题，不使用私有接口强制刷新。仅查询本地凭证，不涉及多账号切换、生成探测或计费操作。

由维护者手动合入；不自动合并、不发版。参考仓库 .repos/magpie 和 gitignored 本地计划未提交。

Post-merge review: this PR is not linked to an issue, but it addresses a concrete product gap—users with supported OAuth subscriptions could not see their remaining allowance. It is a worthwhile feature enhancement, not a claimed regression. The scope is explicitly limited to signed-in Codex legacy/GitHub.com Copilot accounts; quota data stays behind the main-process IPC, credentials are not exposed to the renderer, redirects are disabled, and the service bounds requests, response size and concurrency while guarding account changes.

Independent targeted verification passed: 47 Core credential/quota tests and 44 Desktop IPC/UI/reload tests; all four required GitHub checks are green on the merged head. The PR accurately discloses that live provider requests and GUI/pixel validation were not performed, so these checks establish mocked behavior/build integration, not ongoing compatibility with private provider endpoints.
