What
Fixed the grammar 'a accelerator' to 'an accelerator' in three AcceleratorRegistry docstring lines (the register() summary and the name arg descriptions).
Why
A small, objectively-verifiable improvement (typo) found during a
daily open-source maintenance pass (2026-10-15).
How verified
grep for 'a accelerator' found only these three docstring lines. git diff shows 3 insertions and 3 deletions in one file, all docstring text. No code changed.
