Test Point: Add symbol variant for junction usage

SUMMARY

Adding a second symbol variant to the test point component, to allow using it like a junction:

The schematic editor doesn't handle the case very well yet when there is a symbol pin at the symbols origin - the symbol cannot be dragged by its pin. But it can still be dragged at its circle, so it's not a critical issue. The editor can be improved some day later.
