Build reproducible ODB release inputs

What changed

• remove the historical prebuilt release JAR
• add reproducible canonical release inputs and pinned container gates
• verify dependency, runtime, and collection provenance
• load IDE source roots in integration mode
• preserve the canonical Gradle wrapper in the source archive

Why

Make the ODB release reproducible from audited source inputs while preserving integration and source lookup behavior.

Impact

The canonical release is rebuilt from source instead of relying on the checked-in historical binary. Release validation becomes explicit and repeatable.
