Adds RisalDash to the NET Library section. You declare widgets in a few lines of C++ and it generates the HTML/CSS/JS + WebSocket protocol, served by the device itself (offline-first, captive portal for Wi-Fi setup). Zero-Waste (the linker strips unused widgets). MIT, builds for ESP32 + ESP8266 in CI. Repo: https://github.com/ziyarago/RisalDash Live demo: https://dash.risal.io/showcase
