Lay Sopanha

BSc in Computer Science | Backend Engineer | Data Scientist

Hello, Im Panha, Backend & Machine Learning engineer based in Cambodia. I really love the concept of Machine Learning, I also like to build stuff hence the hybrid. Beside building software I often do research and write papers dedicated to the field of data science.

❖ What I Am Currently Doing

  • Software Engineering: building a hotel API aggrator platform for cambodia that integrate with a massive Hotel API provider TravelBulz, we're currently in development phase right now. My responsiblility is the backend development.
  • Data Science Research: I just submit a paper in the recent ACET 2025 which is a conference hosted by Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology, a tech base university in cambodia for ASEAN data science researcher. Currently Im researching in the application of Deep Learning for biomedical field, using Deep Learning for electroencephalography.
