What does this pull request do?

Migration of the Assault Requiem to the new framework
Add all the new required files for the Assault Requiem with the new framework
Remove the old files not used anymore from the old system

Steps to test these changes

Get the Key item to join the assault (must have PFC badge), enter the assault.
Destroy all undeads to win.
