Economic development & real estate planning

I'm a community planner at Saratoga Associates and an adjunct professor at the University at Albany. My teaching has included environmental planning and project management.

My work focuses on economic development and the land-use, zoning, and funding decisions that shape real estate development. I advise municipalities, nonprofits, and private clients on planning policy, environmental review, and GIS analysis.

I hold a Master of City Planning and a Certificate in Real Estate Design & Development from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a BA in Urban Planning from UAlbany. I previously served on Queensbury's Planning Board and as an alternate on its Zoning Board of Appeals.
