eartag no-reads show up as a bounding box with eartag code "00""
since there can be multiple eartag no-reads in a single frame, there isn't a great way to handle these right now (without filtering them, the no-read bounding box will be drawn on whichever row with eartag code "00"" occurred last for a frame)
for now, just filter them out
also, switches from argparse to click
