Assembling FED3

This page assumes you already have assembled FED3 electronics, either from the DIY instructions on Hackaday.io or from the OEPS store.

1. Print all of the FED3 3D parts

2. Purchase the following small hardware parts (please check the part details before ordering, you can find them online, but as vendors often change links for these small parts I am no longer linking to any specific parts:
   M4-0.7 x 10mm countersunk screws
   M4-0.7 hex lock nuts with nylon insert
   #4 X 1/4" Stainless Pan Head Phillips Wood Screw
   Brass Threaded Insert, M3 x 4mm L x 5.4mm
   M3 set screw, 10mm
   (Optional) Soldering iron tip for inserting brass inserts. This special tip is not strictly necessary, it makes things much easier than using a normal soldering iron tip.

3. Assemble FED3 following the instructions in this video.
