Same restore as support-neo2 — DroneFrameCensus, PcapAnalysis, `--ez nobeacon`, `--es appid`, and the Mini 3 line in the pairing prompt, which matters here: a Mini 3 has no hold-to-confirm at all and needs three quick presses of the power button to enter QuickTransfer, so a tester holding the button gets nothing. Starts identical to support-neo2 and is expected to diverge as each airframe's findings land. Branched off main, so it carries the Mavic 3 baseline and the current toolchain. Merge main in to stay current; don't merge this back.
