The options for "Right Arm", "Left Arm" etc are not in the same locations when you use self interaction/treat and other interaction/treat.
In self treatment the menu items seem to be 2 slots anti-clockwise, and should be in the same location for both options to make it consistant and easier to find a particular wound location and treat.
