Bridge 2b: hold Generate while a book is being shared - #118

…eing shared A sidecars.contribute job (Bridge Phase 2b, queued from the console) makes the server refuse a generate job for the book with 409 contribute_open, and the brief estimate names it as open_job. blockedReason now holds Generate back for it and bridgeRefusalKey names the refusal, in all six locales. An older server never sends either, so nothing else changes.

Bridge Phase 2b (player side): Generate is held back while a book's characters and recaps are being shared (409
contribute_opengets its own line, not a generic error); estimate polling continues while a share is open; a share held while the module is off never blocks Generate. Comments on the module registry andqueueBridgeJob.Gates: tsc, lint, prettier, jest green. Verified live (web build): with a share in progress, Generate shows the sharing line.
