Docs: the in-process probe, batched scan writes, added_at from discovery - #199

Developer docs: the in-process probe (formats, parity with the configured ffprobe's release, 7.1 and 8.1 known, what falls back per file, its limits, --ffprobe "" unchanged), the fixture corpus, goldens, live comparison, ForceFFprobeForTests and the probe-drift workflow, several books per writer transaction, and added_at from discovery's lstat. User Guide: faster first scans need FFmpeg 7.1 or 8.1, the downloaded Linux/Windows build is a development build, and ffprobe is still needed.

Pairs with KodeStar/audiosilo-server#268. Developer: scanner.md 'The in-process probe' (formats, parity by ffprobe release 7.1/8.1, per-file fallbacks, 5 s / 64 MiB limits), write batching, added_at; gates-and-ci.md probe-drift job and the fixture corpus/goldens/ForceFFprobeForTests; configuration/overview/media/workspace notes (BtbN master and evermeet downloads). User: faster first scans with FFmpeg 7.1 or 8.1 (both Docker images ship 8.1.3; other versions read every file with ffprobe), canonical note in install-binary.md. Gate: npm run build.
