BiomarkerKB (biomarker) is easily confused with the similarly named BiomarkerKB KG (biomarkerkg), a separate knowledge-graph resource built from BiomarkerKB data. Note the distinction in the description and body. This note was part of the original #651 branch but did not land in the merge; re-adding it against current main.
