Rebrand full runtime stack as Bohr / Array gemstone architecture

1. Purpose

Apply the supplied classical-scientific design package to the complete Gauntlet stack and establish a simple, memorable scientific public identity without breaking technical compatibility.

2. Public identity

The core public instruments use gemstone names throughout the README, GitHub Pages site, brand system, claims register, provenance records, and original project visual assets.

3. Integrated scope

This branch combines current main with the native Hermes-derived runtime integration and covers:

1. provider/tool/MCP/context/session runtime;
2. Gauntlet process assurance and evidence architecture;
3. Soul and the five specialist Stones;
4. FOIL/Mirror adaptive complement;
5. Council, Meditate, and Black Gem;
6. archived Mastermind and Math Foundry Candidate 2 work.

4. Compatibility boundary

The rename is public-facing. It does not rename Python packages, source modules, skill directories, slash commands, schemas, receipt fields, historical benchmark conditions, hashes, checkpoint records, or citation paths.

Repository and CLI remain Kitahl/The-Gauntlet and gauntlet.

5. Design implementation

• Rebuilt README and GitHub Pages around the Bohr / Array identity.
• Retained the paper/ink/bronze/oxide/verdigris classical-scientific visual system and added gemstone/mineralogical vocabulary.
• Updated the original project-authored SVG frontispiece, calibration mark, and procedural scientific field.
• Updated machine-readable asset rights, visual provenance, content provenance, naming architecture, claims register, and brand system.
• Preserved explicit prohibitions against fake seals, patents, founding dates, museum endorsements, or using historical/scientific styling as evidence.

6. Evidence boundary

• Quartz remains an interim pinned-runtime alpha with observation-only authority.
• The FAST-P8 checkpoint reports 8/8 bounded boot checks but does not establish autonomous release, external-provider breadth, routing benefit, or cost benefit.
• Obsidian may raise ISSUE and cannot return CLEARED.
• Moonstone Candidate and Zircon Candidate remain archived engineering candidates, not promoted runtime authority.
• No claim is made that the visual system proves rigor or that Array improves human reasoning or scientific discovery in deployment.
• Corporate-name, trademark, domain, and legal clearance for Bohr / Array remain unverified.

7. Review focus

1. Memorability and clarity of Bohr / Array / Quartz.
2. Gemstone-to-function mapping and feature explanations.
3. Preservation of all stable technical interfaces and evidence paths.
4. Accuracy of authority ceilings and research-status language.
5. Final visual consistency across README, Pages, and provenance records.
