MEP-ready reference card

The last few commits were mostly cosmetic. So I would call this the definitive version for the near future. Unless somebody notifies me of a grave error this will be the last release before wednesday.

I wish all of you that this reference card created by @chefe and expanded by me may help you, and a successful exam.
