MetaVision 1.10a

This release brings some stability improvements and new functionality.

• Added the ability to read Iris DVA session files.
• Readers are now processed in parallel (which adds to startup time for creating local parpool)
• Opening new files causes them to append onto the currently open files
• Added a Notes table
• Optimized window resizing events.
• Added ability to clear open files
