👩‍💻 About Me

I’m an Embedded Systems engineer with a strong foundation in ECE and a passion for designing reliable, real-time, and hardware-driven embedded solutions. I graduated Rank 1 in my M.E. Embedded Systems program and completed a 6‑month FPGA research internship at DRDO–RCI, where I worked on fault‑tolerant communication systems for defense applications.

I love working at the intersection of embedded hardware, firmware, communication protocols, and IoT, and I enjoy building systems that behave predictably under constraints.

Interests: Embedded Systems, FPGA Design, Real-Time Communication, Hardware–Software Co‑Design, IoT for Industrial & Mission-Critical Applications.

Research Intern — DRDO (RCI)

Project: USB → RS‑422 FPGA-Based Communication System

  • Designed communication architecture on Xilinx Kintex‑7 (Vivado 2020.2).
  • Integrated Cypress FX2LP USB controller with FPGA logic.
  • Implemented dual‑clock FIFO for safe clock-domain crossing.
  • Built UART @115200 baud with 32‑bit XOR checksum.
  • Performed error injection + stress tests (12‑byte & 100‑byte).
  • Results:
    • ✔ 100% data integrity
    • ✔ 0 bit errors
    • ✔ ~83 Kbps throughput
    • ✔ Latency: 1.1 ms (12B), 9.2 ms (100B)
    • ✔ FPGA Utilization: 14% LUTs, 11% FFs
  • Designed automatic redundancy switching (Ch‑1 → Ch‑2) with zero data loss.
