Summary: Adds AutoInstall with ImageJ macros and a short README.md snippet to auto-install them into Fiji so the tool appears in the toolbar.

Test: Copy AutoInstall to /macros/, add the provided StartupMacros.fiji.ijm snippet, restart Fiji, confirm the toolbar icon runs the macro.
