Download from zip file and add onto your Google Chrome browser. If you never installed an extension before, I have a simple guide with images below.
Steps:

Download the zip file

Extract the contents of the zip file to a location where you can find it again

Open Google Chrome

Click on the three dots at the top right of the corner
- Hit manage extensions
- Enable Developer Mode (toggle all the way at the right)
- Click Load Unpacked
- Select Folder, refresh your browser, and go use it!
