Migrate AudioSourceEndpoint to accept AuthEndpoint and read live credentials instead of static credentials. Add AuthEndpoint.updateApi to refresh the HttpClient after login. Centralize cookie handling via AuthEndpoint.getCookieHeaderValue and AudioSourceEndpoint.buildOptions. Introduce 403 retry flow for searches and wire API refresh on auth changes. Update core and metadata: - switch GitHub releases URL to Fliztone repo - update support text in core for clearer guidance - adjust plugin.json to metadata type BREAKING CHANGE: AudioSourceEndpoint now takes AuthEndpoint and uses AuthEndpoint.updateApi to refresh the authenticated client after login
