Why

The original overlap analysis counted repeated token-position activations as cross-graph recurrence. This package recomputes recurrence using distinct graph membership and evaluates objective layer segmentation with BIC and bootstrap stability.

Main results

• Corrected all-five core: 119 features rather than 180.
• All five named manuscript features remain present in all five graphs.
• BIC selects a three-segment model with boundaries at L7 and L15 among the tested segmented models.
