Overview

Adds GitHub Actions workflows for continuous integration, test reporting and automated NuGet releases.

The workflows cover the main build/test matrix and provide a release pipeline triggered by version tags.

Changes

  • add CI workflow for pull requests and pushes to develop
  • test on Windows, macOS and Linux
  • test both SingleThread and MultiThreaded execution modes
  • validate both Debug and Release builds where applicable
  • upload .trx test results as workflow artifacts
  • add a workflow to surface test results directly in GitHub Actions
  • add automated NuGet packaging and publishing on version tags
  • use NuGet Trusted Publishing (OIDC) for package authentication
  • add Discord notifications for deployment start and completion

Release flow

Creating a version tag triggers the release workflow:

test → pack → publish to NuGet → deployment notification

The package version is derived from the pushed Git tag, while duplicate package versions are ignored during publication.
