Release TARI.Miner v1.1.5

Summary

• bump the miner, public download instructions, packaged READMEs, and HiveOS
  manifest from 1.1.4 to 1.1.5
• make SHA256SUMS.txt use LF line endings so Linux users can verify it
  directly with sha256sum -c
• prepare the stable release containing the reliability and GPU hardening from
  PRs Harden wallet errors, solver watchdogs, and Tari consensus tests #19 and Harden GPU pipeline selection and recall validation #20

Validation

• Windows CUDA 13.2: release solver, pool miner, and reference solver rebuilt
  for sm_86, sm_89, and sm_120; all nine report 1.1.5
• Linux CUDA 12.8 / Ubuntu 18 compatibility image: all nine binaries rebuilt,
  report 1.1.5, are ELF64 x86-64, and require at most GLIBC 2.14
• Windows and Linux protocol, reliability, pipeline, consensus, launcher, and
  recall-verifier suites: pass
• generated Windows ZIP, Linux tarball, and HiveOS tarball:
  • exact file allowlists, roots, and executable modes: pass
  • no reference, validation, object, log, or JSONL files: pass
  • extracted binary hashes match the rebuilt outputs
  • embedded versions and launcher architecture mapping: pass
  • LF-only SHA256SUMS.txt verifies all three archives with sha256sum -c
• extracted Windows RTX 5090 package:
  • exact 128-graph release/reference repeatability and pipeline-4 parity:
    four identical proofs, zero verification failures
  • pool loopback: 200 graphs, seven accepted shares, zero verification
    failures, clean exit, no orphaned process
• extracted Linux RTX 4070 Ti SUPER package on Mini17:
  • launcher selects sm_89
  • 128 graphs at pipeline 2, four verified cycles, zero verification failures
  • temporary files removed; Vast service left active and GPU returned idle

Boundaries

• sm_86 remains compile-tested because no verified Ampere test GPU is
  available.
• Windows TCC selection remains unit-tested and CUDA-compiled but not
  runtime-tested because the available Windows GPU uses WDDM.
• Release assets will be published only after this PR and post-merge CI pass.
