Summary

• bump the miner, package documentation, and HiveOS manifest to v1.1.4
• prepare release artifacts containing the pool-protocol hardening merged in Harden pool protocol handling and add CI #17
• keep the release branch limited to version and download-reference updates

Validation

• Windows and Linux protocol regression suites passed
• Windows and Linux Tari wrapper self-tests passed
• Windows CUDA 13.2 builds passed for sm_86, sm_89, and sm_120
• Linux CUDA 12.8/Ubuntu 18 compatibility builds passed for sm_86, sm_89, and sm_120

• Windows ZIP, Linux tarball, and HiveOS tarball checksums, contents, and executable modes verified
• packaged Windows RTX 5090 run: 300 seconds at 50% intensity, 10.725 g/s,
  zero rejects, zero verification failures, and a clean exit
• packaged Linux RTX 4070 Ti SUPER run: 300 seconds at 50% intensity,
  5.636 g/s, one accepted share, zero rejects, zero verification failures,
  and a clean exit with the GPU returned idle
