Working with JuliaC and trim=safe #249

Open

Description

@ErikBuer

Hi.

I have played around with getting JuliaC to build a test app of GLFW.jl with --trim=safe.
This require a substantial rewrite.

I have a basic working version in my fork here:
https://github.com/ErikBuer/GLFW.jl

It would be a breaking change, and i'm not sure if i'm qualified to make a PR of this.
My example has been made with extensive use of AI.

Hopefully it may be of help for others non the less.

    I'm happy to review if I find the time! breaking release wouldn't be out of question, since I guess the requirements for trim are also good for type stability, performance and compilation speed ;)

    I've recently stumbled upon this same Callback issue while testing triming for a CImGui app. It would be amazing to have this stack trim friendly.

    I ended up putting Trim support on hold in my package due to the lack of documentation, basically all my deps need to be updated.

    But I believe some of the callback issues in GLFW.jl can be solved using FunctionWrappers.jl
