Update for 2026

I tried to update this for 2026. I couldn't update some of the package dependencies - in particular, PrettyTables is currently at version 3.4.6, and a lot of the code will need to be redesigned to be compatible with this later version.

I also had a lot of problems with TimeZones.jl, but I don't think it's anything to do with the code here.

I removed the t-shirt code from the READme, since I'm not aware that there's a 2026 t-shirt... :)
