Adds StarAlgebras as a dependency and implements promote_with_map for Variable, Monomial, Term, and Polynomial so that SA.promote_bases works when polynomials have different variable sets. https://claude.ai/code/session_01XSQkPA1sAWYPuKmRs3GEhd
