Ventus Management App is a dedicated operational tool built to digitize and automate the day-to-day administrative workflow of a martial arts club.

It eliminates manual paper records and disconnected spreadsheets by providing a centralized, local-first system for student records, automated belt exam certifications, and expense tracking.

  • Dynamic categorization between fixed and variable operational costs.
  • Interactive balance graphs, revenue trends, and financial breakdown using Recharts.
  • Direct data import/export support via spreadsheets (SheetJS / XLSX).

• Student Administration & Grading System:

  • Full registry of students, memberships, and active status tracking.
  • Automated PDF document generation for rank grading/exams using jsPDF and jsPDF-AutoTable.

• Offline-First & Local Storage:

  • Persistent client-side data storage powered by IndexedDB through Dexie.js, guaranteeing complete functionality without an active internet connection.
  • Automated backup and local restore routines.

• Progressive Web App (PWA):

  • Installable directly onto desktop or mobile devices via vite-plugin-pwa.
