[enhancement] Request for full screen refresh when panel change

Hi there! First of all, thank you for the fantastic plugin! It works like a charm and is absolutely wonderful. It's truly essential for managa reading imo.

Regarding the actual request:

• Add the option to change the screen refresh rate the panel changes, from 'ui' to 'flashui' (or 'flash').
• Add this option to the menu.

My reasoning:

• I understand that using 'ui' is much more performance-friendly, but it leaves ghosting on eInk devices. Using "flashui" on every panel completely solves this.
• The toggle option allows flexibility for maniacs like me who prefer this.

Having the option to change the refresh mode (UI vs Flash) to reduce ghosting on eInk displays sounds like a great addition. If you ever feel like sending a Pull Request to bring this feature to the main repo, I’d be more than happy to review and merge it!
