   • Recipe 04: Support ticket routing #4 (Choice): Accuracy and per-category recall, and how the unclear tickets were handled.
   • Recipe 05: Document classification #5 (Choice): Accuracy and a confusion matrix against gold types.
   • Recipe 06: Multiple topic labels #6 (Noul): Per-label precision and recall, micro and macro F1, and exact-set match.
   • Recipe 07: Word sense selection #7 (Choice): Accuracy overall and per target word.
   • Recipe 08: FAQ selection #8 (Choice): Top-1 accuracy, and precision and recall of the no_match outcome.
   • Recipe 09: File organization #9 (Choice): Accuracy against gold folders and the share left unsorted.

   Wave 1 (Level 1, recipes #1–#10) delivered and verified: all ten merged to main (c61af62) through the fail-closed gate with Opus approval of each exact integrated head and green main CI; catalog audit on main passes (renderer check, ten published rows, badge 10 of 60, source tests green). Evidence and lessons in the progress comment on #80 (2026-10-09 ~05:00 UTC). Remaining recipe-side polish tracked in #163; the consistency review's findings will be filed as they arrive.
