Draw the arch bridge in the menu bar and notification area - #88

The tray still drew the old cloud, because it is drawn in code and #74 only replaced the image files. It is now a solid bridge with three dots, redrawn because the app icon's slender artwork would not read at this size. An exclamation mark replaces the dots while an alert is open, since the bridge has no room for the hole the cloud used. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Replaces the cloud in the menu bar and notification area with the new app icon's arch bridge, so it matches the icon from #74. There is no linked issue.
What changed
#8a8a8agrey on Windows, still drawn in code at 44 pixels. Clicks, the title, the tooltip and the alert logic are unchanged. It isn't a trace of
assets/icon.svg. A first draft with a thin deck and arch looked like a bench at 16 pixels, so this version has a thick body with the arch cut through it. The dots are in roughly the app icon's positions. The shape is now a pure function,
icon_covers, so tests can read it without creating a platform icon.Testing
Run locally on Windows:
cargo test: all passing, with four new tests covering the arch opening, what an alert changes, the gaps in the mark and that nothing touches the icon's edge.cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warningsandcargo fmt --check: clean.cargo +nightly-2026-07-28 check --lib --target wasm32-unknown-unknown: passes. The tray isn't compiled for wasm.I also dumped the pixels
icon_rgbaproduces and viewed them at 16 to 44 pixels on dark and light backgrounds. Bridge, dots and mark are all distinct at 16.Not seen in a real taskbar or menu bar, and not built on macOS. Please check:
