#75 and #76 were merged into their stacked base branches (feat/i18n and fix/ui-polish) rather than main, so their five commits never reached main. This PR lands them.

It adds no new code: the head is the existing feat/scoped-health-and-alerts, whose tree is identical to fix/ui-polish after #76. A trial merge into current main has no conflicts.

Commits:

  • Run ad-hoc queries on the open ledger connection
  • Polish the pages: buttons, alignment, wording, charts and links
  • Keep a low balance to one alert
  • Compare Models month to date with the same days last month
  • Scope Account detail's data health to the account

The manual checks listed on #75 and #76 still apply.

The Query page opened the ledger file a second time, read-only. Windows
refuses that while the app's own connection holds the file, so every query
failed with an IO error naming the app itself. It now clones the open
connection and runs in a read-only transaction, which still refuses a write
that gets past the keyword guard.

Bordered and filled buttons are one size, and black is kept for real
commitments. Alert cards, Overview card links and the Accounts actions line
up. Internal terms such as "Local ledger" are gone. SQL is highlighted with
syntect, which also builds for the web demo.

Charts gain axes and show a single day as a marker, and figures say whether
they are net, before credits, or missing charges with no exchange rate.
Alert and untagged-spend links open a query that answers them. Insights
findings show their full ID, account and charges, and its cards wrap. The
sidebar and Insights groups work from the keyboard and pages carry
accessibility names.

The dedupe key carried the date, so a balance that stayed low added a card
every day, with nothing to tell them apart. The key is now the account's, and
the open card is rewritten with the latest figures. Dismissing quiets it for
the day, a finished snooze reopens it once, and dated cards from before this
change merge into the newest.

It compared with the whole previous month, so the first days of any month
showed falls of around 90%. It now stops the comparison after the same days,
matching the Overview.

The page showed the whole period's findings, so a Claude model appeared under
an OpenAI account, with shares of everyone's usage. The checks now take an
account on both backends. Dismissing there covers that account only; a finding
dismissed for the whole period stays dismissed.
