You can find this mod in the Forged Alliance Forever mod vault. It's name is "Hotbuild Extra". The author is EntropyWins.
You can also clone this repo into your mod folder. In that case make sure to rename the directory to Hotbuild Extra. HotbuildExtra will not work.
