Prepare v1.4.0 with the React/TypeScript interface, local library fixes (#117), Prowlarr magnet redirect handling (#114), and audiobook scanner fixes (#115).
Update the embedded backend version and frontend package metadata together. The release workflow requires the embedded version to match the tag.
Validation: full project verifier and release-candidate boot check (reports 1.4.0 and serves the exact verified frontend assets). CI must pass before tagging.
