This system creates internal layers lazily when moving an UV face together with its texture to prevent from accidental overwrite of the texture pixels as requested in #56.
The layers are generated only for the moved UVs to reduce potential performance impacts. There's an action to remove/bake the layers when right clicking on a texture but otherwise the system acts invisibly. The layers are baked when switching to a different mode or when saving.
