Implementado o controller com toda a lógica de e acesso à API utilizada para conseguir o endereço a partir da latitude e longitude, com tratamento de strings e tudo mais, para retornar formatado ao front-end. Também foi implementada rota para isso e feito ajuste no index. Testado e funcionando!
README foi atualizado para conter instruções e explicações sobre as características e uso da nova implementação de geocodificação reversa
