All files in this directory should be copied from clawpack/doc/doc/_build/html after doing "make html" in clawpack/doc/doc

Files that are in this repository that are not built directly by Sphinx have been added by putting them in clawpack/doc/doc/extra_files from which they are automatically copied by Sphinx to clawpack/doc/doc/_build/html
