Should we delete this action? I didn't even know it existed. I'm not sure it's working.
IIUC with this action the issues in this repo >> https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues << should be added to https://github.com/orgs/Islandora/projects/7/views/1
but I don't see any recent issues there. I'm not sure we're using this so I think we can just remove the GitHub Action?
