What changed

• replaces the Sync tab and Syncthing service with explicit ZIP export/import on desktop and Android
• stores individual records as YAML and packages books with their image folders
• merges imports by the updatedAt value inside YAML, with local data winning ties
• preserves PDF/OCR images and rolls back partial imports
• keeps Anki TSV export/import in the Export view
• updates translations, tests, packaging recipes, notices, and release metadata for 1.0.9-RC.7

Why

Background folder synchronization and shared JSON merging were unreliable across desktop and Android storage restrictions and costly to maintain. Manual packages provide a smaller and more predictable transfer boundary.
