Ioan Gogozan

Backend Developer & Founder of Norvix AS

I build backend-heavy business applications, integrations and internal workflow systems that reduce manual work, improve data flow and make operational processes easier to manage.

My work focuses on APIs, multi-tenant systems, authentication and authorization, document workflows, integrations, reporting and AI-assisted administration with human oversight.

Based in Kristiansand, Norway.

Open to permanent backend roles, B2B consulting assignments through Norvix AS, and selected custom software projects.

What I build

  • Backend APIs and business-critical application logic
  • Integrations between existing systems and data sources
  • Multi-tenant SaaS products and internal business tools
  • Document, approval, delivery and reporting workflows
  • AI-assisted processes with explicit human review
  • Secure and privacy-aware applications for Norwegian organizations

Selected public engineering projects

Live Demo · Source Code

A verifiable workflow automation and system-integration demo for Norwegian technical service companies.

The application turns a fictional service request into a tenant-scoped case, generated document, simulated SharePoint evidence, signed ERP receipt and inspectable audit trail.

Highlights: temporary demo tenants, worker-backed orchestration, retries and idempotency, Brreg lookup with labelled fallback, document generation, integration evidence and run-specific audit events.

Stack: C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, Next.js, TypeScript, Docker, Playwright and GitHub Actions.

Public Citizen Portal · Source Code

A multi-tenant municipal case workflow platform with public citizen intake, internal case handling, document workflows, AI-assisted triage and human review.

The system demonstrates how citizen requests, attachments and operational data can be processed with tenant isolation, role-based access, auditability and privacy-aware retention workflows.

Highlights: multilingual citizen intake, AI-assisted classification, human approval, RBAC, audit logs, document handling, privacy export, retention management, analytics and Norwegian public-data integrations.

Stack: TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Docker and Python ELT.

Live Demo · Source Code

An interactive multi-tenant B2B security sandbox for confidential documents, compliance evidence, contracts and reports.

The project demonstrates backend authorization, tenant isolation, secure sessions, private file delivery, delegated access and auditable security events.

Highlights: centralized RBAC/ABAC, hashed API keys and share tokens, secure uploads, proxy downloads, audit logs, security dashboards and a tested PostgreSQL/RLS tenant-isolation path.

Stack: TypeScript, Fastify, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL/RLS, Docker, Vitest and GitHub Actions.

Source Code

A backend and data application for Norwegian water and wastewater operations.

The project combines practical VVS/VA knowledge with APIs, geospatial data, time-series analysis, explainable scoring and operational reporting.

Highlights: PostGIS data models, leakage and water-loss analysis, field-work recommendations, public Norwegian data integrations, map-based workflows and PDF reporting.

Stack: TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Prisma, Leaflet and Docker.

Private-source products

I also develop commercial applications through Norvix AS where the product source code remains private.

These products are demonstrated through live applications, controlled demo access, screenshots and technical case studies without exposing proprietary implementation details.

VVSApp

Private Pilot — Account Required

A multi-tenant SaaS product for creating, assembling and delivering professional FDV documentation.

VVSApp is designed for small Norwegian VVS companies that currently collect product documentation, photos and handover information manually or across several disconnected tools.

The primary workflow covers:

  • customer and job registration;
  • product and document catalogues;
  • installed products, photos and supporting files;
  • reusable FDV templates;
  • branded PDF generation;
  • delivery by email or secure public link;
  • delivery history and auditability;
  • tenant-scoped storage and data isolation.

Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Docker, S3-compatible storage and automated API and browser testing.

Status: Private pilot and commercial validation. Source code is not public.

Taleinnboks

Live Application — Account Required

A mobile-first, offline-first voice inbox for craftspeople, service technicians and field-service teams.

Users record short spoken messages and the application turns them into structured tasks, reminders, material notes and work notes. AI-generated results are reviewed by the user before they are saved.

Taleinnboks is designed as a focused capture layer for field work rather than a replacement for an ERP, CRM or project-management system.

Highlights: voice capture, transcription, structured AI extraction, review before save, offline audio drafts, automatic synchronization, team workspaces, private attachments, reminders, usage metering and workspace export.

Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, OpenAI API, Stripe, Sentry and Playwright.

Status: Deployed private-source product with controlled user access.
