These internal planning/spec docs (including ones describing removed auth/RBAC/admin/waitlist features) are kept locally but no longer published. Added plans/ and docs/superpowers/ to .gitignore.
Remove the obsolete agent-orchestrator system, phantom Jest/RTL/ Playwright testing claims, and stale apps/app/ paths. Document the real stack (Electron/Vite/React 19/SQLite/whisper.cpp/Ollama), single-package src/ layout, and Vitest testing.
Delete docs/setup/development.md (had a stale apps/app/ path; covered by README/CONTRIBUTING). Drop the docs/ tree entry and Documentation link from README, and the .claude/agents and docs/setup references from CONTRIBUTING.
