Standardises on AGENTS.md. Claude Code reads CLAUDE.md and not AGENTS.md, so a straight rename would have silently stopped project instructions loading; the documented fix is a one-line CLAUDE.md importing AGENTS.md with the @ syntax, which is what lands here. The guide already said a second copy is a second source of truth, so the shim is an import rather than a duplicate, and now says so. References updated across README, CONTRIBUTING, AUDIT, .gitignore, docs/index.html and the Java/JS comments that cited the old filename, so nothing points at a file that no longer exists.
