Adds CI, release, and license badges to the top of README.md. Adds docs/promotion/ with ready-to-publish drafts for 8 channels: Astro Discord, r/astro, r/webdev, Dev.to tutorial, X/Twitter thread, LinkedIn, Hacker News, and Astro themes directory submission. Each draft leads with the problem (multi-site maintenance pain), includes live demo URLs, and ends with an invitation for feedback rather than a hard sell.
