Major Python version jump to untested, unsupported version

High Severity

The base image jumps from python:3.10.4 to python:3.14.4, but pyproject.toml classifiers only declare support through Python 3.13, and tox.ini only tests py39 through py313. Python 3.14 is not a tested or declared-supported version. Core dependencies jsons (v1.6.3, last updated 2022) and typish (v1.9.3, last updated 2021) are unmaintained and rely heavily on typing internals that changed significantly in Python 3.14 (PEP 649 deferred annotation evaluation). This creates a high risk of runtime failures in the production Docker image.
