Remove orb slam 2

Motivation and Context

We want to remove orb slam 2 from the LoCoBot since we are changing the code to Python 3, this dependency is causing issues and we do not need it.

How Has This Been Tested

It has not yet been tested. I will update this comment once it has been done.
