In this project, I built an interactive Sales Performance Dashboard entirely in Microsoft Excel, using the Superstore dataset to analyze sales, profitability, customer segments, product performance, and regional trends.
My objective was to turn raw transactional data into an interactive business intelligence dashboard that monitors sales performance, uncovers key trends, and supports data-driven decision-making.
I combined PivotTables, PivotCharts, KPI Cards, Slicers, and other interactive filters to provide a comprehensive view of business performance.
This dashboard helps answer the following questions:
- Which product category generates the highest sales?
- Which region performs best?
- How do sales evolve over time?
- Which customer segment contributes the most revenue?
- Which products generate the highest sales?
- How does performance change when filtering by year, category, region, or segment?
The dashboard tracks:

Analyzes monthly sales performance and identifies seasonality patterns.
